All funds deposited into your pkr 555 account must belong to you. Depositing funds that originate from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud or theft, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. pkr 555 maintains anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures and reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of funds at any time.

• Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within 2–4 hours during banking hours (Monday to Saturday, 9am–5pm PKT).
• Card withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Bonus funds that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only the portion of your balance that represents completed wagering or non-bonus deposits is available for withdrawal at any given time. • Game contributions: Bets on cricket betting, all casino games, crash games, and virtual sports at pkr 555 each contribute 100% towards bonus wagering requirements unless otherwise stated on a specific promotion.
• Referral programme: The Rs 500 referral reward is credited when your referred friend registers, verifies their account, and makes a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 200. The reward is credited to the referring player's account within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit being confirmed. The referral reward is withdrawable with no wagering requirement.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on pkr 555, including cricket betting, virtual sports and any other sports markets available on the platform:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds may change in the seconds between you selecting them and confirming the bet — the confirmed odds are always shown on the bet confirmation screen before you submit.
• Bets accepted in error due to system malfunction, pricing errors, or clearly incorrect odds may be voided by pkr 555. We will notify affected players and return the stake to their account balance.
• If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required to constitute a result under the relevant cricket board's rules, all pre-match bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. Ball-by-ball and over markets are settled on the deliveries/overs actually completed.
• DLS-affected match results are settled on the official result declared by the relevant cricket authority, including DLS-adjusted totals.
• In-play bets placed after the relevant event has concluded — for example, a match winner bet placed after the final ball — may be voided at pkr 555's discretion if accepted in error due to a delay in live data feeds.
• pkr 555 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any individual market or from any individual account at any time, with or without providing a reason.

Suspected match-fixing, manipulation, or collusion will result in immediate account suspension and the withholding of all funds pending a full investigation. pkr 555 cooperates with relevant sports integrity bodies and law enforcement in cases of suspected match manipulation.

All casino games available on pkr 555 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are not influenced by bet size, player history, or any other factor. Crash games available on pkr 555 use provably fair cryptographic algorithms. The fairness proof for any individual crash game round can be verified using the seed data provided on the game result screen.

• Casino games are provided by licensed third-party software providers. Technical issues arising from the game software itself are governed by the provider's own terms, though pkr 555 will assist in investigating and resolving disputes.
• In the event of a game malfunction or disconnection during a round, the game will either complete normally on our server or be voided and the stake returned. pkr 555 does not pay out based on an incomplete game round.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to the terms of the specific game title and provider.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to suspected fraud or rule violation, pkr 555 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.
